Flavia Borzone: the alleged Neapolitan sister of Elettra Lamborghini

Share

Flavia Borzone is a 35-year-old Neapolitan, a beautician by profession, involved in a complex legal dispute that pits her against the family of Tonino Lamborghini, son of the founder of the luxury car company of the same name.

The situation is very delicate and complex, as three legal proceedings are open, two civil and one criminal, which see Tonino Lamborghini and his family on one side, and Flavia Borzone and her mother Rosalba Colosimo, defended by lawyers Sergio Culiersi, Gian Maria Romanello and Carlo Zauli, on the other.

Flavia Borzone – as reported by Fanpage – claimed to be the daughter of Tonino Lamborghini and, consequently, the half-sister of the showgirl, singer and model Elettra Lamborghini.

Tonino Lamborghini sued her for defamation

This statement was strongly contested by Tonino Lamborghini, who even filed a complaint for defamation against Flavia and her mother for the statements made in various interviews and television appearances. The situation generated a great media outcry and also led to the temporary suspension of Flavia Borzone's profession as a beautician.

The matter became further complicated when, during the hearing of the defamation trial, it emerged that a private investigator had taken a straw from a smoothie drunk by Elettra Lamborghini and had the genetic material contained in the saliva analyzed in a specialized laboratory.

The results would have indicated that Flavia Borzone and Elettra Lamborghini would have a unilateral half-sisterhood, but these elements have not yet been produced in court in the criminal trial.

Flavia Borzone has also been sued by Elettra Lamborghini

The case is further complicated by two other civil proceedings: one related to Flavia Borzone's declaration of disavowal of paternity towards her father, initiated between 2019 and 2020, and another for defamation brought by Lamborghini against Flavia and her mother. In addition, there is also an ongoing criminal trial that also concerns defamation.

Tonino Lamborghini's lawyers have stressed that illegally collected DNA cannot be used and that the proper place for such an investigation is a civil case. The legal case is still ongoing, with hearings scheduled for the future, and Flavia Borzone and her mother are waiting for the truth to emerge.
