Luca Blindo, the rapper and teacher known for his performances on Domenica In, has taken a drastic decision after one of his students was attacked by a youth gang.
The young man suffered injuries to his nose, and Blindo decided not to perform in the live concert in Afragola, in the province of Naples, where he was supposed to perform with his students.
The artist, who works and lives in a difficult area of Afragola, chose not to continue with the show as a sign of protest against the violence.
Despite the hard work and sacrifices made to organize the event, Blindo chose not to allow violence against others to go unpunished. His decision sparked both disappointment and understanding among those attending the concert.
This sad episode prevented Blindo from carrying forward a project to which he and his collaborators had dedicated so much effort and sacrifice, but the violence and general tension made the course of the event inappropriate.
Blindo expressed his regret at not being able to offer the city of Afragola a festive evening and thanked those who had contributed to the organization of the event. The concert date was postponed, and Blindo expressed his gratitude for the audience's understanding.
