Naples. The second robber who on the evening of March 29, 2023 took part in the attempted murder of an engineer who was refueling his scooter in via Reggia di Portici has also been arrested.
In fact, at dawn today, the Carabinieri and the State Police, on behalf of the Public Prosecutor's Office, Napoli, executed a custodial order issued by the GIP of the Court of Naples against a twenty-year-old originally from the Ponticelli neighborhood.
He was in the company of the 17-year-old who shot the engineer who responded to the robbery attempt, and who had been arrested last September.
He was driving the scooter but is charged with complicity in attempted aggravated murder, attempted aggravated robbery, illegal possession of a firearm in a public place and receiving stolen goods.
