
Naples: A 37-year-old man was arrested for two robberies in one day. Following an investigation coordinated by the Naples Prosecutor's Office, NapoliThe Carabinieri of the Naples Capodimonte station, together with the military of the operational unit of the Vomero company, arrested VDL, a 37-year-old Neapolitan, suspected of being the perpetrator of two armed robberies that took place at a petrol station.
The first robbery took place in the morning against an employee at the service station on Via De Amicis, while the second robbery took place in the evening on Via Nuova Toscanella against an employee.
The man was arrested following the robberies, which took place on February 15, during which he allegedly violently attacked two employees and then fled in a stolen car, before being stopped and arrested while attempting to flee on a scooter.
During the house search, a prop pistol without a red cap was found, along with an inserted magazine and an 8mm blank cartridge, compatible with two other cartridges found inside the car used in the robberies.

The suspect was placed under arrest on suspicion of crime and the precautionary custody in prison was validated by the investigating judge of Naples.
Thanks to the efforts of the Carabinieri and the coordination of the Naples Prosecutor's Office, it was possible to identify and arrest the person suspected of these serious crimes.
