Road to Oscars Film Review: Special Screenings at UCI Cinemas
Film buffs will be able to enjoy screenings of the most acclaimed films of 2023 at a reduced price starting from 5,50 euros, in the multiplexes of the UCI Cinemas Circuit, which offer a cutting-edge cinematic experience in terms of quality and comfort. The Road to Oscars Review will be dedicated to the feature films nominated for the 96th Academy Awards, which will be held on March 10, 2024 at the Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles.
The festival's calendar includes the screening of the following films:
– “Killers of the Flower Moon” (February 12) directed by Martin Scorsese.
– “The Boy and the Heron” (February 13) by the famous Hayao Miyazaki and Studio Ghibli.
– “Oppenheimer” (February 19) written and directed by Christopher Nolan.
– “Barbie” (February 20) directed by Greta Gerwin.
– “The Holdovers” (February 26) by director Alexander Payne.
– “Perfect days” (February 27) directed by Wim Wenders.
– “Poor Creatures!” (March 4) by director Yorgos Lanthimos.
– “Past Lives” (March 5) is the film debut of Korean director Celine Song.
The festival also includes screenings of films dedicated to children, with two films every Sunday morning.
