It was a bloody evening on the streets of Torre Annunziata. Around 22 p.m., a murder occurred on Corso Umberto I, not far from the courthouse.

A 24-year-old criminal was killed, with 4 gunshots fired by an unknown man on a motorcycle. His name was Alfonso Fontana and he was originally from Castellammare di Stabia.

On site were the Carabinieri of the local company and those of the operational unit of Torre Annunziata who are carrying out surveys and are verifying the presence of witnesses and useful images from public and private cameras present in the area.

The shooting caused a stampede among people still on the streets as that is an area with busy commercial establishments.
