During the evening of February 19, a 57-year-old man Pietramelara (Caserta) was reported by the Carabinieri for road injuries following a side-on collision between his car and a motorcycle on which a 26-year-old of Ghanaian origin was riding.
Due to the impact, the motorcycle driver lost control and ended up on the asphalt, requiring hospital treatment in Caserta. Currently hospitalized, the victim suffered numerous fractures, but his injuries are not life-threatening.
The 57-year-old was identified shortly after the accident, but only later, thanks to specific investigations, were the Carabinieri able to reconstruct the dynamics of the accident.
