Territory control at the Roma camp in Qualiano

This morning, the local Carabinieri station in Qualiano conducted a territorial control operation inside the Roma camp “ex Costagliola”.

During the operation, 32 people were identified, including 9 minors between 7 and 14 years old, and the competent bodies were activated to verify compliance with the compulsory education requirement.

Furthermore, 11 vehicles were seized, 3 of which were registered under false names and 8 were found to have no insurance coverage.

The Carabinieri also reported to the municipality the presence of large piles of various types of waste, requesting their removal.

The control operations by the Carabinieri will continue in the coming days.
