Two men aged 28 and 33 from Rome were arrested by the Carabinieri station in Casal Palocco for robbing a 29-year-old man.
The victim, originally from Napoli, was followed and stopped by a car carrying the two criminals, who pretended to be police officers.
Forced to give up his wallet, cell phone and car, the 29-year-old was then rescued by the Carabinieri who managed to identify the robbers and recover the stolen vehicle.

The two were taken to Regina Coeli prison to await trial, while a third accomplice was reported for being found in possession of the keys to the stolen car.
The robbery took place on Via Cesare Pascucci and led to the arrest of the two perpetrators, who were identified thanks to a surveillance operation activated by the Carabinieri.
