A QualianoAbout four months ago, a violent brawl erupted in the street surrounding a street-level argument over paving work. The work, which involved installing parking meters on the sidewalk, sparked a heated argument that escalated into a fight.
Among the participants in the brawl were apparently workers who showed up in a municipal vehicle, although it later emerged that they may not have been administration employees.
New footage recently emerged, filmed from a nearby home, showing workers engaging in a confrontation with residents who were demanding explanations and documentation regarding permits for the work.

San Gennaro Vesuviano, a factory building for the desperate: 76 workers crammed into illegal labor dormitories.
In a tense moment, one of the workers climbed into a municipal van, started it, and deliberately attempted to run over one of the bystanders, crashing into a parked car.
Francesco Emilio Borrelli, MP for the Greens-Left alliance, commenting on the video, said that despite being months old, it only recently emerged. Borrelli has already asked the municipality to verify whether the workers were not municipal employees and whether they were operating without the necessary permits.
Furthermore, questions are raised about the authority with which they used an administration vehicle to engage in potentially illegal activities. Borrelli also raises questions about why law enforcement wasn't immediately called in such a turbulent situation. This incident reflects growing concern about the frequency with which similar events, which should be considered unacceptable, occur.
