In the context of an enforcement order for a personal precautionary measure, a temporary ban on carrying out entrepreneurial activities and holding managerial positions was imposed on two individuals responsible for the crime of fraudulent bankruptcy.

The investigative activities of the financiers of the Compagnia di Vallo della Lucania have led to the identification of an entrepreneur and an accountant involved in distracting and consultancy conduct that allowed a bankrupt entrepreneur to generate a liability of over one million and five hundred thousand euros.

This precautionary measure was executed during the preliminary investigations and is based on provisional charges, subject to verification during the trial and in subsequent levels of judgment.

The criminal liability of the subjects involved will be ascertained only at the end of the trial with an irrevocable sentence.
