Assets worth over €1,5 million have been seized from a businessman believed to be connected to the Belforte dei Marcianise clan. Among the seized assets is Pasquale Maravita's "La Baita" grill restaurant, located in Valle di Maddaloni, sponsor of Casertana Calcio.
And in fact this morning the Caserta Anti-Crime Division and the Central Anti-Crime Service executed a seizure order of assets issued by the Court of Santa Maria Capua Vetere against a man affiliated with the Belforte clan.
The measure, worth a total of approximately €1,5 million, concerns two real estate units, four companies with associated capital goods, various financial and banking relationships, cars, and a boat.
The man was definitively convicted by the Naples Court of Appeal for criminal association aimed at aiding illegal immigration and is considered a social danger due to his affiliation with the Belforte clan.
The reconstruction of the man's heritage was done by acquiring documentation relating to the last twenty years.
