The highly competent personnel of the Naples Local Police , as part of the Environmental Protection Operational Unit, conducted a thorough investigation that led to the identification of a tattoo and piercing laboratory located in the Corso Umberto I area of Naples.
The business in question was promptly discovered to lack the necessary administrative authorizations and, not least, the necessary hygiene and health requirements prescribed by law. The illegal activity was promptly suspended, since the laboratory did not comply with current regulations.
The presence of this business was reported to the authorities thanks to the distribution of flyers by an individual in the immediate vicinity of the place. During the intervention inside the premises, the Local Police officers identified and seized the tools and materials used for tattooing and piercing.
Furthermore, it was found that the owner of the business was actually proceeding with the creation of tattoos on two customers, thus violating the relevant regulations. The decisive and timely action of the police forces is aimed at ensuring compliance with the rules and protecting public health, highlighting the importance of monitoring and regulating activities that involve practices such as tattoos and piercings.
