Ad Avellino, the finance police of the Provincial Command executed a precautionary seizure order for a total value of 512 thousand euros.
This concerns movable and immovable property belonging to the legal representative of a company active in the wholesale trade and processing of coffee, based in Alta Irpinia.
The judicial police activities arose from tax audits conducted by the Guardia di Finanza against a group of 5 companies, which led to the discovery of administrative violations and the alleged undue receipt of a loan of 640 thousand euros.
Of this amount, 512 thousand were guaranteed by the Guarantee Fund for small and medium-sized enterprises. The ongoing investigations also concern alleged false declarations presented in the context of these financial transactions.
