From the Secondigliano prison where Giovanni Cipolletti, one of the leaders of the Angelino clan, was being held, speaking via a smartphone he had received illicitly, Raffaele Bervicato, the boss's most loyal follower, warned that there were people in prison who were complaining and that he should be careful about the people he associated with.
It is the afternoon of June 20, 2023, and Giovanni Cipolletti calls Raffaele Bervicato and explains to him that he had had an argument in prison with some inmates who had dared to speak badly of Antonio Angelino, boss of Caivano from which they claimed to receive economic support.
On that occasion, Bervicato confessed to him that he met with "Tibiuccio" every now and then and invited Cipolletti to alert them if he needed help, clearly in relation to the disagreements they had had.
BERVICATO Raffaele: "Hey, dad sends his regards!";
SPRING ONIONS: "eh, give him a kiss! Tell him to "be careful"! He shouldn't trust anyone and all that!";
BERVICATO Raffaele: "yes yes! but in fact it's just there! I'm the only one who goes, but every now and then and that's it!";
SPRING ONIONS: "eh tell him: "be careful, don't think about anyone and don't trust anyone here..." "..."But when! I didn't argue with anyone! I just had an argument..." ... "with some Christians because they wanted the month's wages from their uncle! and I said...";
BERVICATO Raffaele: "If you see something, call us immediately!";
SPRING ONIONS: "But when on earth does it just not exist! I argued, I argued when, when they came in wanting the month's wages, those guys! And I said: 'but what do I care about these people, I have nothing to share with these people, I don't care about anyone' ... because then they spoke badly of the 'uncle' because they wanted the money from the 'uncle'" ...
"Give him a kiss. Tell him: 'You are his life, that guy argued with people in prison for you'" ... "You have to tell him: 'Because everyone you kept close to wants to kill you' ... okay?" ... "Well, he should have known that about all the garbage he had with him... bye, give everyone a kiss."
As the conversation continued, Giovanni Cipolletti announced to Raffaele Bervicato that, if he were not released from prison by the end of the month, he would send him the "list" of extortion victims to whom he would have to go three times a year to collect the money.
In this regard Bervicato told him that the previous Saturday he had met with ANGELINO Antonio, who had asked him for information regarding this very matter.
