Sixteen repentants to tell the story of the drug dealing system Seven palaces of Scampia. There are 16 suspects in the investigation by the Naples DDA that yesterday led to the arrest of seven people with the order signed by the investigating judge Gianluigi Visco of the 19th section.
The 282 pages of the precautionary order tell the recent story of the Camorra Scampia and above all the alliances on drug trafficking managed by Salvatore Roselli, reference of the Amato Pagano clan in the area until his arrest and decision to collaborate with justice. It was his statements that gave impetus to the investigation
“Until my arrest, I was the manager, Alessandro De Cicco, Gennaro Caldore and Pasquale Pandolfi. Only the four of us were paid, then there were Alessandro Grieco and Ivan D'Amora, my son-in-law, who sold weed, then Giovanni Strazzulli and Emanuele Mingione sold cocaine to private individuals and weed.
After Spera ran away they wanted to lean on me for fear of Vanella and I gave them protection. The Raia family, Savio Mele who has the square in the 22 Celesti houses and the Abbinante turned to me.
And I had to deal with the clans close to us like Vanella, Licciardi and also the Di Lauros and those from Miano but with the Balzanos there were always discussions and also the Stabiles with the “Cifronis” friends of Sautto Monfrecolo from Caivano”.
It is the “Seven Palaces system” described by the repentant boss Salvatore Roselli, known as “frizione” in a report dated March 9, 2023.
In his stories, Roselli reported the existence of two groups (and drug dealing squares or points of sale), composed of individuals within or connected to the clan (or to himself), who were dedicated to drug dealing activities: the group that operated in the territories of Chiaiano e Marianella, who was supplied with drugs by the Amato Pagano clan. The people under investigation today were part of this group Gennaro Caldore e Alessandro DeCicco (Besides Nuncio Pecorelli, Emanuel Mincione, John Strazzulli, Anthony Ronga e Thomas Rusciano).
And then there was the group that operated in the territory of the "Seven Palaces", which had been authorized by him to manage a drug dealing square for the sale of hashish. This group was composed of Alexander Greek, Joseph Calemma and the son-in-law Ivan D'Amora.
And regarding the latter, investigators indicate him as his lieutenant who took care of the accounting, cutting and dividing the drugs into doses, keeping in touch with customers and organizing the so-called "dynamic" dealing which significantly limits the charges against those who deal with the delivery.
