The Carabinieri of the Investigative Unit of Castello di Cisterna arrested this morning at dawn the 32 year old Gianfranco Bervicato, an element linked to the organised crime of Caivano.
The man had been wanted since February 28th, when he escaped capture. He had been held in custody by the North Naples Judicial Authority for drug dealing and resisting arrest.
Located and blocked
The Carabinieri located him at a relative's home. Bervicato, however, spotted the officers thanks to a sophisticated video surveillance system and attempted to flee. His escape continued across the rooftops, where he was caught and arrested.
Bervicato was transferred to Poggioreale prison. His brothers are involved in the macabre murder of the rebel pusher Antonio Natale.
