A Caivano, a Council composed of girls and boys was inaugurated with the support of the Minister for Public Administration, Senator Paolo Zangrillo.
This new representative body is composed of 24 members elected by approximately 800 young voters. The project involves students of the XNUMXth and XNUMXth grades of four Comprehensive Institutes present in the municipal territory.
The primary goal is to raise awareness of institutional processes among young people, encouraging them to propose ideas to improve the future of their community. This initiative is part of a broader plan for the improvement of the city of Caivano, coordinated by the Department of Public Administration.
During the inauguration ceremony, the young councilors approved two resolutions: one regarding the creation of a Game Day to be celebrated on May 28th each year in Caivano, and the other regarding the redevelopment of the Villa "Falcone e Borsellino."

These resolutions were presented to Minister Zangrillo by representatives of the schools involved, with the request for a concrete commitment to their implementation.
The Council of Girls and Boys will meet regularly to discuss various topics, such as the environment, safety, civic education, respect, solidarity, health, nutrition, sports, culture and entertainment.
During the inauguration day, several local authorities and representatives attended, along with new employees from the Municipality of Caivano. Minister Zangrillo had the opportunity to tour the workshops of the participating schools, demonstrating his support for this innovative initiative.
