A 47-year-old man from the province of Naples was arrested for mistreatment of his partner, a resident of Casal di Principe.
The victim reported being beaten and threatened by her partner, who was arrested and taken to prison by the State Police on the orders of the investigating judge of the Naples North Court. The woman reported that the man had kicked in the front door of her home, physically assaulted her, and stolen money from her.
The investigations conducted by the Casal di Principe State Police, following a report from the Prosecutor's Office of North Naples, confirmed the victim's accusations thanks also to the testimonies of family members and acquaintances.

Consequently, the preliminary investigations judge issued a detention order for the 47-year-old, who was held in Santa Maria Capua Vetere. This incident highlights the importance of promptly reporting incidents of domestic violence to ensure justice for victims and protect them from further abuse.
