
The Carabinieri have carried out a major operation against organised crime in the Caivano area, which led to the arrest of 14 people affiliated with the Angelino clan.
On behalf of the District Attorney of Naples, the Carabinieri of the Investigative Nucleus of the Castello di Cisterna Group executed a precautionary measure application order issued by the GIP of the Court of Naples at the request of the District Anti-Mafia Directorate.
The investigations brought to light the activities of the so-called "Angelino clan," a criminal organization active in the Caivano area and surrounding territories, specializing in extortion against entrepreneurs and traders.
