The Guardia di Finanza Torre Annunziata Group has carried out a preventive seizure of C 630.137,56, at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office of Torre Annunziata. VIP EVENTS ADV srl, with headquarters in Gragnano, and his legal representative are being investigated for false declarations and tax omissions.
The seizure is the result of tax investigations conducted on the company, active in the design of advertising campaigns, by the Guardia di Finanza Company of Castellammare di Stabia.
The irregularities found include the omission of tax returns for the years 2018 and 2019, with evasion of IRES for 328.788,60 euros, and the incorrect presentation of the VAT return for 2018, with omission of presentation for 2019, with evasion of 301.348,96 euros.
The seizure involves real estate, company shares and financial assets linked to the company and its legal representative, for an amount equal to the evaded taxes. The operation is still ongoing and the overall value of the assets involved is being quantified
