The event held on March 17th at Paisiello Theatre di Pomigliano d'Arco It was a success both in terms of generosity and talent.
A large audience gathered to support the association “il Cuore di Andrea”, active in Italy with initiatives aimed at raising awareness on the importance of cardiac screening and the presence of defibrillators in the area to save human lives. With the show “Per amore”, Alberico Lombardi paid homage to the Italian singer-songwriter Roberto Vecchioni, performing his greatest hits.
The performance highlighted Vecchioni’s talent, which has recently received more attention after participating in the Sanremo Festival, on the duets night. Alberico Lombardi was able to interpret Vecchioni’s repertoire with maturity and touching emotion, giving intense moments both in the more intimate songs such as “Piccolo amore” and “Le rose blu”, and in the more engaging ones for the audience such as “El bandolero stanca” and “Chiamami ancora amore”.
The mastery of musicians Sergio Mautone (piano and guitar) and Giorgio Scognamiglio (violin) enriched the reinterpretation of Vecchioni's songs with skill and delicacy, offering high-level artistic performances, among which “Il cielo capovolto” and “Luci a San Siro” stand out. The show thrilled the audience, who also appreciated the acting performances of Alberico Lombardi, Enrica Lianza in the role of Francesca Vecchioni and the young talented girls of the Viento e Terra association. The latter, in the role of Professor Vecchioni's students, introduced a moving reinterpretation of “Sogna ragazzo sogna”, bringing the poetics and magical atmosphere of the evening to the stage.
