The School of Advanced Training in Art and Theology (Safat) of the Pontifical Theological Faculty of Southern Italy (Pftim) will present two important events at the Aula Magna of the Pftim – San Luigi Section in Naples.
Conference on “Oasis in the cities, recovery and enhancement of places of worship"
On March 8th, the conference will be held that will deal with the recovery and enhancement of places of worship. The event will be an opportunity to explore innovative methods for teaching art and to discuss how to involve the community in the recovery of places of worship.
Study day on “Teaching and evangelization through art”
March 9th will be dedicated to teaching and evangelization through art. During the day, topics related to art and theology will be discussed, with interventions by experts in the field. There will be morning and afternoon sessions with various workshops and speakers who will share their knowledge and experiences. The Higher Education School of Art and Theology demonstrates with these events its commitment not only in the ecclesial but also in the civil sphere, promoting beauty as a tool for the growth of the local community.
