The Torre Annunziata Financial Police Group executed a precautionary seizure order against an entrepreneur under investigation for false declarations.
The seizure, of 142.135 euros, was issued by the Judge for Preliminary Investigations of the Court of Torre Annunziata at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office. The entrepreneur in question is the owner of the company "Fattoria Marecoccola" with headquarters in Sorrento.
The seizure was the result of tax audits conducted by the Guardia di Finanza Massa Lubrense which revealed an activity different from the one declared. Although the main declared activity was the cultivation of citrus fruits, the company actually carried out a tourist-accommodation and catering activity.
The entrepreneur was reported for false declaration for having evaded taxation on revenues for a total amount of 419.509 euros in the 2022 tax period, thus evading an IRPEF of 142.135 euros.

Following the investigations, a precautionary measure was issued for the seizure of the entire sum involved in the crime, with a judicial lien on financial assets of 406,89 euros and on a property owned by the suspect located in Sant'Agnello.
This action by the Guardia di Finanza highlights the importance of fighting fraudulent economic activities and protecting the public interest in the correct application of tax regulations.
