The Neapolitan barman was placed under house arrest on charges of having abused a British tourist in Napoli last July he responded to the judge, denying the sexual assaults.
In front of the investigating judge Carla Sarno, the 27-year-old confirmed the sexual relationship, but maintained that it was consensual and characterized by completely different methods than those reported by the young woman in her complaint filed on July 13th.
According to what was reported by the lawyer Roberto Saccomanno, the accused's legal representative, the judge ordered further investigations and classified the minutes of the hearing.
In recent days, the Carabinieri of the “Napoli Centro” company notified the barman of a precautionary measure of house arrest for the crime of sexual violence.
However, the lawyer decided not to submit a request for mitigation of the measure issued by the judicial authority at the request of the "weak groups" section of the Naples Public Prosecutor's Office.
