New asphalt collapse along the streets of Naples: traffic diverted in the hilly area.
During the afternoon today, a collapse of the asphalt occurred on via Pietro Castellino, in the hilly area of Naples. Following this accident, it was necessary to close to vehicular traffic the stretch of road that leads to the hospital area.
Cars coming from Vomero and heading towards via Piscicelli were diverted to the right, in the direction of the via D'Antona bridge.
The firefighters, the local police and the technicians of the Municipality and Abc intervened at the scene of the event Napoli to investigate the causes of the collapse. Initial checks seem to exclude connections with the water and sewerage networks.
