During a service to control the territory of the neighborhood Vasto-Arenaccias, the State Police arrested a man for possession and dealing of narcotics.
During the service, the officers noticed a man who, in a suspicious manner, was heading towards a stopped car with the engine running, handing over money in exchange for illicit substances.
The man driving the car was promptly stopped and found in possession of cocaine, a cell phone and cash, believed to be the proceeds of criminal activity. The buyer, however, managed to escape.
The suspect, a 28-year-old Neapolitan with a criminal record, was arrested for drug possession and dealing.
The State Police continued to monitor the area to combat the phenomenon of drug dealing in the area.
