Naples, the Taxi Drivers Association reports: "Attacked by illegal drivers"

The Naples taxi drivers association has launched an appeal to the competent institutions to restore legality after the clashes that recently occurred at Capodichino airport.

Regular taxi drivers were attacked by illegal taxi drivers and the situation became unsustainable. On the night of the incident, some taxi drivers went to the Naples Police Headquarters to protest the continuous attacks they suffered at the airport.

The association highlights the lack of security and surveillance in airport terminals, denouncing the frequent presence of illegal taxi drivers. Despite repeated reports of the problem, attacks on taxi drivers continue to occur.

We therefore request a decisive intervention by the competent authorities to ensure safety and compliance with the law in the city's airports.

The situation remains tense, and the Naples Taxi Drivers' Association hopes that the authorities will act promptly to put an end to this serious problem, which threatens the safety of both workers and passengers.
