The precautionary measure has arrived for the 53-year-old ras Catello Martino, known as puparuolo or o' russo, top man of the Imparato clan, the famous "paglialoni" of Moscarella's Bronx.
He is accused of murder committed with premeditation and for abject motives as well as of the illegal possession and carrying of a firearm in a public place, crimes aggravated by the mafia method and the aim of affirming the superiority of the D'Alessandro clan, operating in the territory of Castellammare di Stabia.
Catello Martino is accused of being the material author of the murder of Alfonso Fontana, the scion of the "Fasano" Camorra family of Acqua della Madonna in Castellammare, riddled with bullets on the evening of February 7th in Torre Annunziata.
He fired, captured by the public video surveillance cameras of Corso Umberto. Now they are looking for his accomplices.
