The Court of Assizes of Napoli issued further sentences in relation to the murder of Pasquale Tortora, brother of the boss Domenico Tortora.
In addition to the instigators and perpetrators, the supporters were also convicted. Andrea Aloia was sentenced to 20 years in prison, Antonio Annunziata to 16 years, Vincenzo Battistelli to 14 years, and Gennaro Pacilio to 13 years, the latter a collaborator with justice.
The Naples anti-mafia prosecutor had requested sentences ranging from 28 to 13 years. Pasquale Tortora's murder occurred in Acerra in May 2020, as part of a feud with the Avventurato Camorra gang.
Brothers Bruno and Giancarlo Avventurato were sentenced to 30 and 16 years in prison, respectively.
