In the trial for the murder of Giovanbattista Cutolo, a 24-year-old musician from the Scarlatti Young Orchestra, the Naples Juvenile Prosecutor's Office has requested a 20-year sentence for the 17-year-old defendant.
The murder occurred on the night of August 31, 2023 in Piazza Municipio in Napoli, during a fight between young people in which the young man was killed with gunshots.
