An interesting focus on Pier Paolo Pasolini will be held in Salerno, curated by the writer and director Giovanni Greco.
The event, which will take place on Thursday, March 14, at the Sabatini-Menna Art School Theater, will focus on some of Pasolini's most important works, from "Oedipus Rex" to "Medea," "Theorem" and "Notes for an African Oresteia." During the event, Giovanni Greco will explore the poet's profound connection to the Greek world, so present in our culture, and to the charismatic figure of Maria Callas.
Through staged readings, lectures, and film screenings, the audience will be immersed in Pasolini's world. This event, dedicated to Pasolini, is part of the Teatro Forum program and the national project "Actors are born, but they become," supported by the MiC Ministry of Culture and the Campania Region, and promoted by ICRA Project. This is an unmissable opportunity to immerse yourself in the artistic legacy of one of the twentieth-century masters.
