The 29th edition of the Sorrento Peninsula Award, an award dedicated to cinema, audiovisuals, and live performances, has begun in Sorrento.
This award, part of the promotion plan of the MIC and the Campania Region Film Commission, is a major event that this year precedes the celebrations for the 30th anniversary of the festival, which will take place in 2025.
Sorrento's Mayor, Massimo Coppola, enthusiastically announced the start of preparations for this new edition, promising new themes, new characters, collaborations, and partnerships.A history spanning almost thirty years that honours the territory", the Mayor declared during an interview with Rai Cinema, media partner of the event.
