**Presentation of the Film “La Chiocciola” by Enzo Decaro in Naples on March 6th**
On March 6, the Cinema Vittoria in Naples will host Enzo Decaro for the screening of his latest film, “La Chiocciola”.
Enzo Decaro will be present to present the film and participate in an interesting question and answer session with the audience, offering cinema lovers the unique opportunity to preview the work and interact with the protagonist.
During the event, Ignazio Senatore, psychiatrist and film critic, will also be present to further discuss the film.
“La Chiocciola” tells the story of Vittoria, a fifteen-year-old who has decided to isolate herself in her room for over a month, closing herself off from the outside world. Only her grandfather Francesco, a solitary botanist in Cilento, seems to be able to make her heart open. Meanwhile, her mother Stefania, an entrepreneur in the fashion industry, struggles to understand the reason for such isolation, while managing work pressures and conflicts with her assistant.
The film explores the theme of hikikomori by comparing the claustrophobia of Vittoria's room with her grandfather's outdoor life. While Vittoria spends her days between videos and photographs from the window, struggling with anxiety, the plot unfolds between her mother and grandfather's need for contact and understanding and Vittoria's inner journey to face her demons.
Don't miss the chance to be among the first to see “La Chiocciola” and to participate in the meeting with Enzo Decaro and Ignazio Senatore.
