The State Police carried out the operation in Naples, in the neighborhood Scampia, a precautionary custody order against 8 people, considered seriously suspected of association for the purpose of drug trafficking, also aggravated by mafia methods, and possession of narcotics for the purpose of dealing.
The investigation, conducted between 2021 and 2022, documented the operations of a criminal association that, on behalf of the Amato-Pagano Camorra clan, also known as the Scissionisti clan, managed the entire chain of trafficking and retail dealing of various types of drugs in the area known as the “Sette Palazzi”, between via Tancredi Galimberti and via Antonio Labriola, in the Scampia district.
The organization took care of every aspect of the illicit activity, from the supply of the narcotic to the retail marketing, which was managed by the street leaders, organizing the distribution by type and by work shifts.

The investigations made it possible to document how the complex of drug dealing squares in the "Sette Palazzi" area was able to make huge illicit profits.
In particular, the ordinance ordered: prison custody for 5 people; house arrest for 2 people and finally the ban on residence in the municipality of Naples for 1 person.
