The Court of Naples has issued a preventive measure of Special Public Security Surveillance, requiring five members of the far-right subversive terrorist group "Ordine di Hagal" to remain in their municipalities of residence.
The sentences imposed range from 3 to 3 years and 6 months. The group's existence and subversive aims were established during investigations by the Naples Public Prosecutor's Office starting in 2019.
The group had its operational base in San Nicola la Strada, but operated mainly in the province of Naples.
The Public Security Authority argued the terrorist organization's concrete dangerousness, highlighting a serious criminal program aimed at carrying out violent and sensational actions for terrorist and subversive purposes.
The association had a strong and stable organizational structure, with a well-defined hierarchy and specific tasks and roles for each member.
The Court accepted the proposals put forward by the Police Chief of Naples, sharing the prognosis of personal dangerousness of the associates.
