DBefore the Court of Benevento, the Single Judge Dr. Francesca Telaro presided over the trial of RT, a 37-year-old Romanian citizen defended by the Attorney Nicola Marino. The woman was accused of having abducted a minor, taking her abroad without the father's consent and without returning.
During the proceedings, the minor's father, GZ di Ponte, appeared as a civil party, assisted by Lawyers Vittorio Fucci and Daniela Martino. At the end of the hearing, the Single Judge accepted the requests of the Public Prosecutor and Lawyers Vittorio Fucci and Daniela Martino, defenders of the minor's father, civil party.
RT was sentenced to one year in prison, in addition to the obligation to compensate the damages caused to the civil party and to reimburse the costs incurred by the latter. The sentence also established that the defendant will have to cover the legal costs.
