It is called “Call to the Arts” and is the initiative launched by Eurisfol – ETS network of social partners – together with Asi and the Order of Biologists to unite the world of contemporary art and solidarity in Terra di Lavoro which will be presented on Tuesday 2 February at 18.00 at the Bell e Buon restaurant in Caserta in via Clanio n.5.
The project
Developed in collaboration with Fesilav, Federsan and the Casertanova art gallery and supported by Gesan srl, Catomaior and Caseificio Antico Demanio, the project aims to support contemporary artists in the province of Caserta, creating a real structure for the promotion and sale of works of art, while at the same time financing the construction of innovative homes for the elderly.
Art thus meets solidarity – supporting one of the most fragile and consistent categories in the territory – with the aim of generating a virtuous circuit, unique in its kind. It will all start from a limited number of artists to be included in the catalogue and will continue, over time, with direct sales and intense promotional activity between exhibitions and meetings that will be held throughout the national and international territory.
THE BIENNIAL OF TERRA DI LAVORO
The heart of the project is the parallel organization of the Biennale della Creatività “Città di Caserta”, a wide-ranging artistic event that, starting from the memory and works of the great artists of the Caserta scene (Antonio De Core, Crescenzo Del Vecchio Berlingieri, Antonio Marino and Andrea Sparago), tells the best of the contemporary productions of Terra di Lavoro creating a connection between great art and new talents and resulting in the creation of an innovative academy of the arts in the province of Caserta.
THE CALL TO THE ARTS
