A series of cultural events at the Teatro Karol in Castellammare di Stabia continues to highlight the protagonists of the Stabia area, past and present.

Following the success of the evening dedicated to Annibale Ruccello, Casa del Contemporaneo presents the second event of the 2023/2024 series "Platealmente, dal libro alla scena - incontri con gli autori".

Renowned Italian vocal coach Pachy Scognamiglio will share his insights with actor Federica Citarella in an emotional conversation focused on his book "Il secondo giro di giostra," published by Feltrinelli. This event, scheduled for Friday, March 15th at 18.30:XNUMX pm, will offer the audience an intimate overview of Scognamiglio's life and challenges, including music, study, love, and his difficult battle with fibromyalgia. Furthermore, during the event, it will be possible to visit the exhibition "Piazze" by Giuseppe Plaitano, on display in the Art Space in the foyer of the Teatro Karol, free of charge.

This collection of vintage images depicts the daily life and traditions of the Stabia town, offering a nostalgic glimpse into Castellammare di Stabia's past, from its bustling piazzas to the local and international history that has shaped the town. The exhibition will be open during box office hours, Tuesdays and Saturdays (17-19 pm) and Thursdays (10 am-12 pm). A unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the history and beauty of this charming coastal town.
