The Carabinieri of Torre del Greco have arrested a 16-year-old seriously suspected of having robbed a bar. The young man, already confined in a juvenile penal institution for another similar cause, was framed by a fingerprint left at the crime scene.
The robbery took place on October 15, 2023 in a bar on Via Nazionale in Greek's towerThe 16-year-old, in collaboration with an as yet unidentified accomplice, broke into the premises and stole 500 euros in cash, cigarettes and “Scratch and Win” cards for a total value of 2800 euros.
The investigations of the Carabinieri, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Naples, have allowed them to gather serious evidence of guilt against the 16-year-old.
In particular, the military acquired images from the bar's security cameras, which filmed the young man touching a display case.

The analysis of the fingerprints left on the window allowed to identify the 16-year-old. The boy was then arrested and transferred to the IPM of Airola (BN).
