The Sarno clan announces its return to the scene at Ponticelli via a disturbing video on TikTok: is it a set-up? Or is it the sad and worrying reality?
The Sarno clan of Ponticelli, once the undisputed rulers of the neighborhood in the 80s, may be ready to return to the criminal scene.
A video posted on TikTok by several hooded, armed men has raised alarm bells. The message, showing weapons, bullets, and balaclavas, appears to be a warning to other clans active in the eastern suburbs of Naples.

Ciro Sarno's clan, nicknamed "the mayor" for the control they exercised over the De Gasperi district, also managed the allocation of public housing.
The complaint about the video came from journalist Pino Grazioli. Deputy Francesco Emilio Borrelli expressed his concern: If the video is authentic, we're faced with a doubly disturbing situation. The Camorra is once again using social media for its criminal propaganda, and in an area already ravaged by the Camorra war, a new group is emerging, ready to spread terror.
Borrelli requested the intervention of the Police Chief and the Prefect to investigate the matter.
