A 50 year old man, CE, with a criminal record and resident in Herculaneum, was arrested in Naples for aggravated robbery and assault.
The man pretended to be disabled to get help from a man to enter a garage, then attacked him with a crutch and robbed him together with an accomplice.
The victim reported the incident, describing the attacker and the circumstances of the robbery.
The investigations conducted by the police officers of the police station Vomero and coordinated by the seventh section of the Naples Prosecutor's Office led to the identification and arrest of the 50-year-old.
The accomplice is still wanted. The victim suffered facial injuries, bruises and a head injury with a prognosis of over 20 days. The 50-year-old is now in prison.
