Arzano, thieves break into Gio's drink: the owner publishes the video

Arzano - Bare-faced thieves defy the government and rob the 24-hour "Gio's Drink" on Via Napoli. A shopkeeper posts the videos on social media in protest. More assaults, more thefts, and they don't seem to be slowing down in a city now out of control.

The bitter surprise early in the morning when, arriving in front of the entrance, the owner of the well-known food and beverage chain, noticed the signs of forced entry on the cash register and looked at the records.

On the evening of Saturday 13 March, the thieves, two men, entered into action by attacking the cash register of the store, from which they stole, according to the owner, approximately 40 euros in cash.

The owner also published videos showing the faces of the two criminals who, armed with screwdrivers and one acting as a lookout, carried out the robbery.

“Last night at 22:49 PM - the merchant writes "Two bad guys committed a burglary, causing extensive damage and stealing just 30 or 40 euros... I wanted to inform all our customers that unfortunately the coin-exchange machine is out of order, so it can only be used with coins. We wish you a good evening."

In short, to arzano the criminal escalation seems to be endless with thieves who no longer even hide. A situation so serious that the Canale5 program “Striscia la Notizia” with correspondent Luca Abete intervened.

It is hoped that the merchant, after the legitimate anger and the publication of the videos, has filed a complaint with the police. Meanwhile, in Arzano and in the hinterland north of Naples, there are no more assaults on pharmacies, pastry shops, bars, shops and cars.
