Stefano Cerbone's film "Nati pre-giudicati" will have its world premiere screening tomorrow morning at the "Pasquale Mandato" prison in Secondigliano.
The film, dedicated to the marginalization and prejudice towards children born into families linked to organized crime, tells the story of the friendship between two girls who separate because of a feud between clans.
The event will be attended by director Stefano Cerbone, prison director Giulia Russo, the guarantor of prisoners of the Municipality of Naples Don Tonino Palmese, some parliamentarians and journalist Claudio Ciotola.
The film addresses the issue of the role of parents in raising children in risky contexts, such as families linked to crime.
The film reaffirms the rejection of violence and deprivation of freedom, as well as paying homage to the role of law enforcement. The film's goal is to raise awareness of the consequences of marginalization and the need to offer opportunities for growth even to children from difficult backgrounds.
The screening in prison was born from a promise by director Cerbone to the inmates, with the intent of undertaking a path of reflection and construction of a better future for their children. The soundtrack of the film, entitled “Nun po' fernì”, is performed by Mr Hyde, Roberto Colella and Mavi, with original music by Enrico Rispoli and Mr Hyde.
