The boss Gennaro Morgillo has been accused of extortion against Francesco D'Angelo by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, who has requested that he be sent for trial.
Morgillo, 36, from San Felice a Cancello, is being defended by lawyer Vittorio Fucci.

Francesco D'Angelo, 56, from Durazzano, was implicated in this case.
