The carabinieri of the Chiaia station and the San Giuseppe station arrested 19-year-old Antonescu Luca Paul.
The man – declared a fugitive on 4 April – had managed to avoid the precautionary custody order issued by the investigating judge of Naples because he was suspected of an attempted theft which took place last March in a well-known hotel on Via Partenope and of receiving stolen goods, since he was found in possession - by the Carabinieri of the Central Company and in the same month - of a switchblade, a key to a car which was probably the object of the theft and various identification documents registered to other people.
Last night the 19-year-old's fugitive status came to an end, as he was identified in Fuorigrotta. The Carabinieri, engaged in public order service during the Napoli-Roma match, were in Piazzale Tecchio and recognized the 19-year-old. Arrested, he is now in prison awaiting trial.
