The City of Napoli announced its intention to strengthen the service for the prevention and control of illegal waste dumping, with the aim of improving the work of the Environmental Unit.
Thanks to the funds of the security decree, new cameras will be purchased to monitor the most degraded sites and optimize the activity of the environmental police. The Councilor for Legality, Antonio De Iesu, commented positively on this initiative, underlining the importance of actively combating the phenomenon of illegal waste dumping.
As part of the strengthening of measures to combat illegal waste dumping, the Environmental Unit of the Municipality of Napoli will be strengthened to ensure greater effectiveness in the identification and prevention of illegal acts related to waste management.
