On Saturday afternoon, the Flying Squad's Hawks, during a territorial control operation, stopped a man known to the officers in Piazza Mercato , who immediately showed intolerance for the police check.
During the investigation, the officers found a set of keys in the man's possession. Following their investigative intuition, they used one of the keys to open the door of a room associated with the suspect, where, inside the bathroom, they discovered 10 vacuum-packed bags containing approximately 12,5 kg of marijuana.
Following this discovery, the 27-year-old Neapolitan, already with a criminal record, was arrested for illicit possession of narcotics.
