In a joint statement, Marco Nonno, city coordinator, his deputy Luigi Rispoli and the FdI city councilor Giorgio Longobardi firmly condemn these acts, defining them as "barbaric actions that discredit those who carry them out".
“Insults and hateful attitudes towards Prime Minister Giorgia Meloni are no longer acceptable ,” say representatives of FdI, adding that “the acts of vandalism against the party posters belong to a pseudo-left always ready to lecture others.”
"These behaviors are intolerable and must be condemned just like any form of violence, physical or verbal ," they continue. "We focus our attention on a slanderous election campaign by a certain left wing against the center-right, solely for lack of arguments."
Finally, they hope that the police and the judiciary can identify those responsible as soon as possible, and ask that other political forces also express messages of condemnation towards actions that pollute the climate of the electoral campaign.
