They were caught with the drugs on them and in the car and were unable to provide an explanation for their possession.
This is why five very young people of the Cilento house arrest has been ordered. The five people arrested by the Carabinieri in Prignano Cilento, a small town in the southern province of Salerno, are between 19 and 21 years old.
They are all accused of possession for the purpose of drug dealing. The military of the Arma, after a house search and in a car, found in the possession of the suspects two packages containing almost 140 grams of hashish and another package containing about five grams of marijuana.
Pending the validation hearing, the five people have been placed under house arrest. Investigations continue to track down suppliers, customers and the drug dealing ring.
